Why I love Networking Marketing and MLM

NETWORK MARKETING AND MLM – WHY I LOVE IT AND HOW MY STORY CAN HELP YOU RECRUIT AND SPONSOR FASTER

I really love network marketing and the networking marketing industry. And I love it passionately. Many of us have an opportunity and don’t really capitalize on it. Why is that ? Every one of us that works with a specific company has the same available tools, so what makes one person flourish more than another? I think it is passion. I have a passion for my company, their vision, their products and network marketing.

I look for a company whose vision harmonizes with mine, where I can express the totality of who I want to be. I have been with my company TriVita for over a decade now and have been blessed to have a downline of over 250,000 people using their phenomenal co-op advertising program, where they allow me to purchase customers acquired through their numerous TV infomercials for their flagship product Nopalea, which is a juice that helps people with pain and inflammation. I prefer it over all other juices, whether that be Vemma, Monavie, Xango or Juice Plus. Because of the power of this juice I have risen to Presidentail Director and been awarded the prestigious Million Dollar Club award and you can watch the presentations of these awards at www.tonykent.com in the video section. I have used the tools available in other MLM companies and success has at all times come because I had a passion for the message I was presenting. The times I wasn’t successful I discovered there were constantly some areas I held back, where I was not really passionate and loving everything about the company. Maybe it was the pull of making money that had drawn me and I had not really kept to my own idea about passion for the message and products being the most important thing. I have been involved in Cell Tech, Beachbody and Yoli and had some success with all of them, especially Cell Tech where using their tape system taught to me by Charles Possick, I also rose to Double Diamond, their top position.

I honor the fact that you are a networker and in MLM and that you are representing your company and sharing their products. It seems that in some MLM companies I either wasn’t truly passionate about the product, or maybe I never felt in alignment with the company vision. The outcome was that I never felt like taking big action steps and I didn’t have the same intensity of faith that I had in the companies where I had such positive outcomes. When I came up against challenges I couldn’t come up with the energy I needed to create sufficient momentum to go through the blocks.

If you look at your business and sense that in some areas you’re without an answer, my deduction is that you’ll see that your love is blocked in this area. If you hate follow-up, chances are you will be weak in this area. And if you don’t love network marketing, you will not be strong in sharing the network marketing opportunity with people. If you don’t feel passion, how can you awaken others to be passionate? If you are having trouble finding builders, look at how passionate you are about building. Is it infectious? I believe my passion is. In fact, my passion and commitment is so strong I have to be careful that people don’t join my team based on my passion, but that they have their own.

When I talk to people I can feel it when my heart connects to theirs, and the love I have for what I do plainly creates a pathway of communication between us, and the dormant possibilities of their own enormous potential begins to open up, and then the recruiting or sponsoring just occurs naturally.

To be doing well in network marketing you must first help others, for without others being successful, you cannot succeed. Network marketing is about collaboration, not competition. There is no discrimination, for you can be of any color or creed, any height or weight, from any background, and with various degrees of education. MLM is a powerful path for personal growth.

To me networking is what we do naturally when we want to share something we care about with people we care about. It is the purest form I know of free enterprise and a way of doing business that honors each individual, simply because it allows everyone the opportunity and freedom to be the best they can be. Currently one of the world’s fastest growing industries, network marketing is the perfect place to live the purpose of helping others achieve success in their lives.

I would like to quote a paragraph from one of my favorite books, “Being the best you can be in MLM,” by John Kalench. “Network marketing drives people towards their destinies. It naturally accelerates your learning curve. It enables you to grow as a person faster and farther. It enables you to accomplish more and to contribute more to yourself and to your world. Network marketing is a system that provides you the opportunity to leverage your unique God-given creative abilities to have a dramatic, beneficial impact on the lives of hundreds, thousands, or even millions of other people! And it does this by virtue of it’s own inherent, powerful and inspired natural design.”

I accept as true that deep down this is what most people want, to have more, to be more and to serve more. and when this force arises within you, then you will light the same spark in others, and they will want to be on your team and the task of sponsoring people will change from one of effort to one of joy.
